Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425f
Step 2
Place the squash,grapes, onion and sage in a zip lock bag.
Step 3
Pour in the melted butter and oil, mix well coating all the squash and onions and grapes. Season with salt and pepper
Step 4
Spread out on a lightly oiled cookie sheet, place in oven and bake for up to an hour
Step 5
Stir occasionally and bake until the squash and onions are starting to brown and are fully cooked Enjoy
