Step by Step Method

Step 1

Have all your ingredients near the stove before starting this. Preheat wok and add oil, swirling so that it comes about halfway up the sides of the wok. When the oil is hot, add the minced garlic, chili paste and salt. Stir for a few seconds until the garlic is aromatic.

Step 2

Add the spinach, stir for 1 to 2 minutes, until the leaves are almost wilted. Stir in sesame oil. Season the spinach with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

Lovely peppy recipe. I really enjoy spinach raw or cooked. The secret cooking spinach is to just cook long enough to wilt. The Asian chili really gives the spinach some zing - I used 3/4 teaspoon. This recipe will be made again 25 July made again Enjoyed just as much
