"I grew up eating my great Aunt Lil's Spinach Balls (similar to this but coated in bread crumbs). So I was really excited to try another version of spinach balls, especially when the fundraiser cookbook where I found this recipe noted it originally came from the submitter's 91 year old grandma. FYI...submitter was Kelly Stables, an actress on TV Land's 'The Exes'. Prep time does not include chilling time."

Step by Step Method

Mix all ingredients together. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Shape into small balls. Freeze if making for later.
