  • 20 ounces frozen chopped spinach (thawed with all water squeezed out)
  • 2 cups dry stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm stuffing or similar stuffing)
  • 1 yellow onion (large onion, chopped fine or 1 package onion soup mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (or garlic salt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (or ground)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients together. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
