"A go to side to serve with steak in our house. We like red potatoes but with a little heat. These are quick , easy and I usually do them in the toaster oven. My family likes to use them to wipe up the last of their ranch dressing from their salads. "

Step by Step Method

Line a baking sheet with foil
Step 2
Wash and cut red potatoes into 1/8ths
Step 3
Toss potatoes with olive oil
Step 4
Sprinkle all the seasonings on potatoes and toss to coat generously
Step 5
Cook at 425 degrees for approximately 25 minutes, until potatoes are browned. Turn once half way thru cooking.
