Step 1: Line a baking sheet with foil
Step 2: Wash and cut red potatoes into 1/8ths
Step 3: Toss potatoes with olive oil
Step 4: Sprinkle all the seasonings on potatoes and toss to coat generously
Step 5: Cook at 425 degrees for approximately 25 minutes, until potatoes are browned. Turn once half way thru cooking.
