Spicy Pork Burger
"Great flavoured pork burger. It is from Canadian Living Test Kitchen. I made a couple of changes to the original recipe. I only make 3 burgers from a pound but it does stretch to 4 burgers. I like to add a slice of tomato, lettuce and a slice of sweet onion. Add whatever you like. Also some smoked cheese is wonderful with a tablespoon of Thai Chili sauce as the final topper"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together all the ingredients except the buns. Handle the meat gently and do not over handle.
Step 2
Form into 3 or 4 patties
Step 3
In a lightly greased pan cook the burgers for 4 minutes, flip the burgers, turn heat to medium, continue cookingfor a further 4-6 minutes or until the burger is cooked to your liking
Step 4
Toast your bun, add whatever condiments you enjoy on your burger.
