Step 1: Mix together all the ingredients except the buns. Handle the meat gently and do not over handle.
Step 2: Form into 3 or 4 patties
Step 3: In a lightly greased pan cook the burgers for 4 minutes, flip the burgers, turn heat to medium, continue cookingfor a further 4-6 minutes or until the burger is cooked to your liking
Step 4: Toast your bun, add whatever condiments you enjoy on your burger.
