"These delicious veggie skewers sure pack a punch and taste great. These are a perfect side to any grilled meat. If using wooden skewers make sure you soak them in water for 30 minutes. For those who don't have access to Frank's RedHot Sauce, I do have a copycat recipe for it #recipe13676 ."

Step 1

Chop the peppers and onions into 1 inch pieces and mix in a large bowl with the remaining ingredients; allow to sit for 1/2 an hour.

Step 2

Place the peppers and onions alternately onto skewers and grill until done to your desired doneness.
