Daily Inspiration

Made these delicious shrimp tacos -- really enjoyed them. I only made two changes -- I used soft corn tortillas and I used the slaw mix raw and dolloped the sauce over the top of the taco. Will definitely make these again soon as shrimp is so readily available here and we love this Tex-Mex version with the shrimp.
