Combine the mayonnaise, lime juice and half the sour cream in a large bowl and season to taste and then add coleslaw mix and chopped coriander and stir to combine
Place the Taco Spice mix in a large sealable plastic bag and add the prawns and seal the bag and shake to coat the prawns.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat and cook prawns, in 2 batches for 3 to 4 minutes or until prawns curl and change colour.
Meanwhile, heat the Old El Paso Stand 'N Stuff tortillas in microwave following packet directions.
Place tortillas on a serving platter and spoon coleslaw into tortillas and top with prawns and remaining sour cream and drizzle with Old El Paso mild taco sauce and sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve with the lime wedges.

Made these delicious shrimp tacos -- really enjoyed them. I only made two changes -- I used soft corn tortillas and I used the slaw mix raw and dolloped the sauce over the top of the taco. Will definitely make these again soon as shrimp is so readily available here and we love this Tex-Mex version with the shrimp.
