Step 1

Combine first 10 ingredients in shallow dish; dredge pork chops on both sides

Step 2

In skillet brown chops in oil both sides.

Step 3

Place greased 13x9x2 pan.

Step 4

Combine ketchup, water and brown sugar pour over chops.

Step 5

Bake uncovered 350 for 1 hour or tender.

Oh my word, these chops are moist, tender and full of flavour! I did change the celery salt for celery seed and did not use the salt either to cut the sodium. These chops will see many repeats. UPDATE (1/11/16): We thoroughly enjoyed them again tonight. Great pork recipe! Thank you Muffin for sharing!
