"Adults only! Adapted from House & Garden's New Cookbook. The recipe calls for albacore, but I prefer chunk light tuna because I think it's moister. Cook time is chilling time."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine tuna, oil, sherry, onion, and parsley.

This was tasty but it was on the dry side...I used home canned albacore tuna and I replace the yellow onion with a shallot...it made a nice lunch but next time I think I will add extra oil and sherry...made for "What's on the Menu"
