Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine flour, salt and butter in a large bowl. Add eggs, cottage cheese, chilies and cheese. Mix well. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 8 x 8 baking dish.

Step 2

Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.

I made this for breakfast this morning. It came out so fluffy and delicious! I topped it with salsa and sour cream at serving time and woofed it down. Love the recipe! I cut it back to 2 eggs and cooked it as an omelet. I added some cilantro when I served it. It is a do again recipe for sure.
