Really great macaroni salad! DH didn't even notice the radishes (which he claims to hate)! I added a little shallot that I needed to use up. Yum!

Oh my gosh - ten stars! Both of us were oohing and aahing wih every bite! This salad is perfect as written and wouldn't change a thing. We loved the subtle tang from the vinegar that was added while the pasta was still warm. This is a new fave for us! The hubby says it would be a complete meal if we added some grilled shrimp or chicken on top. He's right!

Very good macaroni salad. We skipped the radishes and pimentos but other wise made as directed. Delicious!
