Step by Step Method
Step 1
Arrange asparagus in bottom of large shallow pan then season.
Step 2
In frying pan, melt butter and allow to brown add cracker crumbs, spread on top of asparagus.
Step 3
Spread sour cream over all.
Step 4
Bake in hot oven 425 for 15 20 minutes until nicely browned.
