  • 2 pounds asparagus (cooked and chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup crushed crackers (16 soda crackers crushed fine)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Arrange asparagus in bottom of large shallow pan then season.

  • Step 2: In frying pan, melt butter and allow to brown add cracker crumbs, spread on top of asparagus.

  • Step 3: Spread sour cream over all.

  • Step 4: Bake in hot oven 425 for 15 20 minutes until nicely browned.
