Cook potatoes in vegetable broth until tender but not mushy.

We liked this soup a lot and it was very easy to make. I did use whole milk and a bit more white sharp cheddar cheese. The sour cream is great in this soup and we will dfinitely make it again. Made and reviewed for Susie's World Tour 2019 - Cuba.
