" I have made so many different burgers, I love them, there are some that are favorites and this is one of them. You can double or quadruple this recipe. Have the pickles on the side."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix into the ground beef the horseradish, szechwan chili sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic, jalapeno salt and pepper. Form into a patty a little larger than the size of your bun. Place in the fridge until you are ready to cook it.

Step 2

Turn your heat on high, lightly spray your skillet with oil fry the burger for 1 minute

Step 3

Turn the heat down to medium, flip the burger, add mushrooms, cover continue cooking for 5 minutes. Give the mushrooms a stir or two

Step 4

Flip the burger, stir mushrooms cover and continue cooking for about 6 minutes or until the burger is cooked to your liking

Step 5

Meanwhile toast the inside of your bun, add a slice of cheese to each half and broil until the cheese just starts to melt

Step 6

Place burger on the bun, add condiments and enjoy

Deeeelicious burgers, I didn't have any horseradish and I increased the garlic amount to 6 cloves, not much else to say except my myself, DS and GF enjoyed the burgers, thanks bergy! (this was made for RZ Ground Beef Tag event)
