Step 1: Mix into the ground beef the horseradish, szechwan chili sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic, jalapeno salt and pepper. Form into a patty a little larger than the size of your bun. Place in the fridge until you are ready to cook it.
Step 2: Turn your heat on high, lightly spray your skillet with oil fry the burger for 1 minute
Step 3: Turn the heat down to medium, flip the burger, add mushrooms, cover continue cooking for 5 minutes. Give the mushrooms a stir or two
Step 4: Flip the burger, stir mushrooms cover and continue cooking for about 6 minutes or until the burger is cooked to your liking
Step 5: Meanwhile toast the inside of your bun, add a slice of cheese to each half and broil until the cheese just starts to melt
Step 6: Place burger on the bun, add condiments and enjoy
