Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place cookie sheets in fridge. Do not grease.
Step 2
In mixer, cream butter, sugar and eggs. In separate bowl, whisk dry ingredients.
Step 3
Mix dry ingredients into butter mixture. Chill dough for 10-15 minutes in the fridge. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a cereal bowl.
Step 4
Make 1" balls and roll in cinnamon sugar, place on chilled cookie sheets and bake 10-11 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.
Step 5
(I like them baked 11 minutes because I like them slightly crispy. Hubby prefers them at only 10 minutes.)
