"This is a combination of several recipes which I will be making today. I have made this with baby back ribs as per recipe but my photo shows short ribs cut into large bite size pieces and cooked as per recipe."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place pork ribs in slow cooker with meat side of ribs facing up.

Step 2

Mix all other ingredients together and pour over ribs making sure ribs are covered.

Step 3

Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

We loved this tasty rib dish...I cut it in half and got 3 nice size servings...I used a serrano chili because I couldn't locate a red Thai chili...served it with a side of Asian broccoli and rice...made for "Only the Lonely" tag game...
