Step by Step Method
Step 1
Season meat with seasoned salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 2
In a large frying pan, sear the meat on all sides.

Add meat, onions, flour, paprika and caraway seeds to slow cooker. Mix well.

Add the broth to the frying pan were you sear the meat and warm up scraping the bottom.
Step 5
Add potatoes to the slow cooker and pour over the broth .
Step 6
Cover and cook in low heat for 7 hours.
Step 7
In the last 15 minutes add the peas and sour cream.
