Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds stew meat, cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups red potatoes, cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 14 ounces beef broth
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Season meat with seasoned salt and pepper. Mix well.

  • Step 2: In a large frying pan, sear the meat on all sides.

  • Step 3: Add meat, onions, flour, paprika and caraway seeds to slow cooker. Mix well.

  • Step 4: Add the broth to the frying pan were you sear the meat and warm up scraping the bottom.

  • Step 5: Add potatoes to the slow cooker and pour over the broth .

  • Step 6: Cover and cook in low heat for 7 hours.

  • Step 7: In the last 15 minutes add the peas and sour cream.
