Step 1: Season meat with seasoned salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 2: In a large frying pan, sear the meat on all sides.
Step 3: Add meat, onions, flour, paprika and caraway seeds to slow cooker. Mix well.
Step 4: Add the broth to the frying pan were you sear the meat and warm up scraping the bottom.
Step 5: Add potatoes to the slow cooker and pour over the broth .
Step 6: Cover and cook in low heat for 7 hours.
Step 7: In the last 15 minutes add the peas and sour cream.
