The hubby really liked these ribs...I found them on the dry side and...yes...they fell off the bone at 7 hours...I took a peek because I didn't want the pan to dry out...next time I'll cook them for 6 hours...it all worked out...I left them out while cooking some potatoes and thru the pan in for 15 minutes to heat up...made for "Went to Market" tag game...

Fabulously tender ribs. My DD took the membrain off the rack of meaty baby back ribs. After they cooked for the 8 hours I took the racks out and cut them in pieces. I think we goofed by putting them on a rack on the pan as the marinade slithered off on to the foil lined pan. So, we ended up grilling them with additional sauce. The ribs were tender and delicious. Next time I will ditch the rack when slow roasting them. I have to say that this way is so much easier then the way I have always made them. Made for Billboard tag.

Absolutely wonderful. The only problem I had with this recipe is being in the house all day while its cooking! The smell was heavenly! Thanks Bea for a wonderful supper. These will be made again.
