Step 1

Rinse and pat dry the cooled steamed broccoli.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in the broccoli to the skillet and cook stirring constantly until it begins to get crispy, 5 to 7 minutes (I add in the garlic the last 2 minutes of the cooking time).Season with salt and pepper to serve.

I love garlic with broccoli - I cooked it in my actifry and it was wonderful. Definitely a do again recipe Thanks Mom2Avafor adding a nice side dish to my salmon dinner. 17 Aug 15. Made again in a skillet. I like to slice my garlic and let it get quite dark and crunchy. Love the recipe.
