Step 1: Rinse and pat dry the cooled steamed broccoli.
Step 2: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in the broccoli to the skillet and cook stirring constantly until it begins to get crispy, 5 to 7 minutes (I add in the garlic the last 2 minutes of the cooking time).Season with salt and pepper to serve.
