Very good and really easy (and cheaper than those little bottles in the spice aisle). I did cut recipe in half or I would have had enough powder for years :) Heat was just right.

Who would have thought making Curry Powder could be so easy! A lovely curry spice and one that added a special touch to my Chicken Curry making for one super evening meal. Have already printed an extra copy, the recipes been added to my Favourites Cookbook, it's a great addition to my spice collection. Love homemade spices!

I never knew curry was so easy to make or I would have made it many years ago. This is so good to use for several Indian and Vietnamese dishes I make. I love that I can have it on hand at a moments notice to use as I wish, and that I can control the amount of heat I want for my own personal use, by adding more/less cayenne.
