Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine apples, sugar and flour in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add butter and egg and stir until well combined.
Step 3
Press into a lined slice tray.
Step 4
Combine extra sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over slice.
Step 5
Bake 180˚C for 35-40 minutes.
Step 6
Allow to cool in tray before removing and slicing.
