I didn't use Swiss cheese. Instead I used Asiago. Excellent choice I might add. We woofed them down and enjoyed them very much!

Some people would make these to have as appetizers, but I made them using large portabello mushrooms and had them for dinner with a side salad. Delicious and filling!
