The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cup swiss cheese, finely grated
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 can (5 ounce) cooked shrimp
  • 1 can (5 ounce) crab meat
  • 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
  • Seasoned salt & pepper
  • 36 medium (648 grams) fresh mushrooms (cleaned, stems removed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all 8 ingredients. Mix well until blended and fill mushroom caps. (Piping the caps with a pastry bag is a nice touch.).
