Step 1

Combine all 8 ingredients. Mix well until blended and fill mushroom caps. (Piping the caps with a pastry bag is a nice touch.).

Some people would make these to have as appetizers, but I made them using large portabello mushrooms and had them for dinner with a side salad. Delicious and filling!
