Whisk in light cream and whipping cream. Stir until the mixture forms a thick sauce. Stir in the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors. We love Italian pasta meals and have them quite often, and though I have had Alfredo many times, never with shrimp. Well no more! This is delicious with the shrimp add in. We had it over fettuccine noodles. Very good with some garlic bread to sop up the cheese sauce!

This is a great entree that I have had a few times now, once with shirmp and once with crab. Both are totally delicious and we liked them very much. You want to serve this with a green salad and some rolls to round out the meal. Another winner for our tables here!
