Step by Step Method
Step 1
Blanch the sugar snap peas for 30 seconds in boiling water or until crisp tender. Drain well and arrange them in a serving bowl.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together all remaining ingredients (garlic - sesame seeds). Pour the vinaigrette, over the pea pods and distribute well with a rubber spatula. Serve at room temperature. (These may be left to marinate in the refrigerator overnight; return to room temperature to serve.)
