Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water until cooked al dente and drain.
Step 2
Place in a large bowl and cover with boil or a tea towel to keep warm.
Step 3
Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan over a medium heat and add onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally until soft and then add tomato paste and cook stirring for 1 minute and then add wine and bring to the boil.
Step 4
Add sauce and cream and return to the boil and then stir in marinara mix and season with salt and pepper and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 4 minutes or until seafood is cooked.
Step 5
Stir sauce and seafood through pasta and garnish with parsley leaves and serve with lemon, ensuring seafood is distributed evenly.
