Step 3: Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan over a medium heat and add onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally until soft and then add tomato paste and cook stirring for 1 minute and then add wine and bring to the boil.
Step 4: Add sauce and cream and return to the boil and then stir in marinara mix and season with salt and pepper and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 4 minutes or until seafood is cooked.
Step 5: Stir sauce and seafood through pasta and garnish with parsley leaves and serve with lemon, ensuring seafood is distributed evenly.
