Step 1

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

like fresh fruit with eggs (brunch). Cantelope is very mild but still pleasant with these scrambled eggs. I didn't have any pumpkin seeds so used other chopped nuts. Very enjoyable Sunday Brunch
