Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

FOR THE BROWNIES


Step 2

Mix all ingredients well, and pour into prepared pan.

Step 3

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F. Check brownies after 20 minutes.

Step 4

Cool brownies in pan.

FOR THE ICING


Step 5

Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Add more milk, a little at a time, if icing is too thick. Ice brownies before cutting.
