School Cafeteria Brownies

Ingredients
- BROWNIES
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans or mixed)
- ICING
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- Salt, dash(es)
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly coat a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

FOR THE BROWNIES

Step 2: Mix all ingredients well, and pour into prepared pan.

Step 3: Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F. Check brownies after 20 minutes.

Step 4: Cool brownies in pan.

FOR THE ICING

Step 5: Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Add more milk, a little at a time, if icing is too thick. Ice brownies before cutting.
