"An easy casserole"
Parboil cauliflower with lemon juice.
Mix everything else but cheese and milk.
From into a doughnut shape then place into the casserole pan.
Fry off cauliflower. Put in center of meatloaf.
Put tomatoes in ring around cauliflower.
Mix cheese and milk. Pour over cauliflower.
Bake covered, for 45 minutes.
Uncover, bake 15 minutes more or until done.
