Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet; saute onion and garlic until tender.
Step 2
Stir in sausage and cook until lightly browned.

Pour in water; add zucchini and summer squash.

Cover and cook about 15 minutes, or until squash is tender.
Step 5
Drain any excess water; sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
