Step 1: Heat oil in large skillet; saute onion and garlic until tender.
Step 2: Stir in sausage and cook until lightly browned.
Step 3: Pour in water; add zucchini and summer squash.
Step 4: Cover and cook about 15 minutes, or until squash is tender.
Step 5: Drain any excess water; sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
