"I love to use lemon pepper on fish, chicken, vegies, etc. but find the commercial versions usually have salt very high on the ingredient list. This one doesn't have any salt. Yields 1 cup"

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a spice grinder/coffee grinder and pulse until desired fineness.

Store in airtight jar.

NOTE: If you want it less fine, just mix everything together in a jar and seal

I love lemon pepper, but not the amount of sodium in the commercial brands. It is wonderful to have this no salt recipe! I put it in a veggie gravy and it was perfect. Looking forward to trying it on my favourites. Thank you so much for sharing. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
