Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the crushed wafers, confectioner’s sugar, walnuts and cocoa; mix until blended.
Step 2
In another bowl, mix the corn syrup and rum; stir into the crumb mixture.
Step 3
Shape into 1 inch balls and roll into the extra confectioners sugar.
Step 4
Store in an airtight container.
