  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • Additional confectioners sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, combine the crushed wafers, confectioner’s sugar, walnuts and cocoa; mix until blended.

  • Step 2: In another bowl, mix the corn syrup and rum; stir into the crumb mixture.

  • Step 3: Shape into 1 inch balls and roll into the extra confectioners sugar.

  • Step 4: Store in an airtight container.
