Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix the wine, mustard, oil, rosemary and garlic together in a large re-sealable freezer bag.
Step 2
Add the steak and swish to make sure it is well coated on both sides.
Step 3
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours but no more then 4 hours.
Step 4
Remove from marinade and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Grill or pan fry until cooked through.
