Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (1 to 1 1/2) pound uncured pork ham steak
  • 3 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 tablespoon old fashioned grainy Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the wine, mustard, oil, rosemary and garlic together in a large re-sealable freezer bag.

  • Step 2: Add the ham steak and swish to make sure it is well coated on both sides.

  • Step 3: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours but no more then 4 hours.

  • Step 4: Remove from marinade and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 5: Grill or pan fry until cooked through.
