"This is a recipe I found in a Food Network Magazine and really enjoyed. The directions call for marinating for 30 minutes, but, I let it marinate for a couple of hours and it was just perfect."

I let these marinate for 2 hours and the flavor was very nice. I didn't really taste the mustard. I found the rosemary and wine were the dominant flavors. I think I would like garlic in this and will add some next time I make these.

Next time I make this I won't use the mustard. I think it will taste better to me. This is a personal preference of mine. The rosemary gave it a good flavor along with the wine but the mustard shone through a little too much for me. I appreciate you posting the recipe however and I will just leave out the mustard next time and I am sure it will be just right!
