"This is a recipe I found in a Food Network Magazine and really enjoyed. The directions call for marinating for 30 minutes, but, I let it marinate for a couple of hours and it was just perfect."

Step by Step Method

Soak skewers for 30 minutes.
Step 2
In the meantime mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let sit for 30 minutes.

Thread meat onto skewers and sprinkle with salt to taste.
Step 4
Brush a bit of olive oil on the grill and grill the kebabs turning as needed until cooked.
