Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper ; set aside.

Step 2

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt, and whisk until combined.

Step 3

Pour in melted butter and gently stir.

Step 4

Add the milk and rosemary. Mix until just moistened.

Step 5

Immediately drop biscuits onto the prepared baking sheet, and transfer into the oven.

Step 6

Bake immediately (for best rise) for 10-12 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.

Step 7

Remove from the oven, and serve warm.
