Step 1: Preheat oven to 450°F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper ; set aside.
Step 2: Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt, and whisk until combined.
Step 3: Pour in melted butter and gently stir.
Step 4: Add the milk and rosemary. Mix until just moistened.
Step 5: Immediately drop biscuits onto the prepared baking sheet, and transfer into the oven.
Step 6: Bake immediately (for best rise) for 10-12 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
Step 7: Remove from the oven, and serve warm.
